My undercover military deployment to Afghanistan has come to an end. I returned
to the seat of Oligarchy power on Thursday and am glad to finally be back.

My first act of official business will be high-level talks with a bottle of
vodka at the Fortress of Doom. There will, of course, be a massive update of the
website in the next few weeks; this will occur after a meeting of the Co-Rulers
is organized.
