Furthering their research in Biology for the Oligarchy
University, Wayland and Bessie Phillips have once again conceived
a child. The experiment is approximately eight weeks running.

The Phillipses believe that they have stumbled upon the cause of
this phenomenon, but both say that much more research is
absolutely necessary.

When their 15-month-old daughter, demigoddess Emily Jane
Phillips, was asked for comment on the prospects of becoming an
elder sister, she simply replied, "Gah!" and smeared a french fry
in her hair.
