Bevin Conners, despite being a Senior God and Oligarchy Secretary of Defense, is wanted for a number of crimes over the years. During the early days of the Oligarchy, Conners was prone to random outbursts of violence, especially towards the Co-Rulers of the World and other Oligarchy officials. She is also wanted for the extremely brutal murder and mutilation of Je Suis Bleu, a high-ranking tent bag puppet, and for telemarketing. She is suspected of abusing crack, though the OCB has no direct evidence of this. Conners once armed herself with a weapon known as the Evil Deadly Hairclip, though that weapon has been missing for some time. As a high-ranking member of the Oligarchy, Conners has kindly provided a portion of the reward posted for her own capture. Last known location: Raleigh, NC.
