Sam Walton, thought to have died in 1992, was reanimated as a zombie lord, and still remains in control of his vast Wal-Mart empire. Since his death, Walton has been gradually building an army of the undead, hiding his troops in the stock rooms of Wal-Marts and Sam's Clubs worldwide. In 2003, Walton injected a mind-control substance into Norman the Elf, using him to lead a rebellion within the Oligarchy government itself, in an attempt to seize power for himself and facilitate the invasion of his zombie forces. The rebellion failed, and Walton has retreated into hiding. Last known location: Raleigh, NC.
