Subject: [True Religion] Speed limit enforced by mutant space ninjas 


About a week ago, I departed on a six-day trip to Washington, DC
and New York City. The trip was partly a vacation; after all, I
had just returned from a two-week training mission with the
Oligarchy Army, and certainly deserved a bit of R&R. However,
Oligarchy business has a habit of following me everywhere.

When I arrived in Washington on Wednesday (June 19), I spent much
of the evening getting settled in. Thursday morning, however, I
was in nearby Dulles, Virginia, at the former headquarters of
America Online and battleground of the 1999 AOL War. A small
group of people met there for the occasion, including Microsoft
founder Bill Gates, who formed a temporary alliance with the
Oligarchy during that war, and US President George W. Bush. I
made a short speech. After the ceremony, President Bush and I
boarded Marine One, his helicopter, and flew to the White House
for a summit meeting.

We made a lot of progress. I don't agree with all of Bush's
policies, but we got along pretty well. He agreed to sign U.S.
power over to the Oligarchy if we are ready during his
administration. After the meeting, we jammed out to some Ozzy
Osbourne. We discussed the possibility of going to OzzFest
together, but unfortunately, neither of us could fit it into our
busy schedules.

On Friday, I continued up to New York City. I've never been to
New York before, and I learned a very important lesson: the
Holland Tunnel is PURE EVIL. Please, stay away at all costs, up
to and including your own life.

This leg of my trip was more pleasure than business. I dined at
the Jekyll and Hyde in Greenwich Village, which I highly
recommend. I did a lot of sightseeing throughout the weekend; on
Saturday, I hung out for a while with talented actor and Senior
God Samuel L. Jackson, who showed me some of the sights.

I was disturbed to find that Microsoft had a heavy influence in
the Big Apple. Despite our brief alliance, Microsoft is still a
major threat to the World Oligarchy, and many of their most
covert plans are still unknown to us. Why, at one point, I saw an
building which was entirely covered in a Microsoft advertisement.
This blatant commercialization of a great city like New York will
not stand.

Finally, I returned to Raleigh on Monday, arriving near midnight.
I enjoyed the trip immensely, but I'm glad to be back. New York
is a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to stay there for
much longer than I did.
