Meaning/Description: A military acronym, in the tradition of "snafu" and "fubar." Commonly used by soldiers who will soon be leaving the military and just don't give a damn anymore, the word literally means "Fuck You, Buddy, I'm Short."
Lineage: Someone in the military, whose term of service was coming to an end, came up with it and it caught on.
