Lori's Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 6-8

1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained & divided
1-1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (8 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. Tabasco

Preheat oven to 350.  Chop artichoke hearts and put into large bowl with spinach.  Add cheeses, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Tabasco, and stir until well mixed.  Pour into 4 cup casserole dish or quiche dish.  Bake for 25 min. or until golden brown and bubbly.  Serve with Fritos, melba rounds, etc.
